Two 15-minute stations: management and clinical, then portfolio. Dr Goyal runs it to the same timings and marking.

Your payment is held
Dr Goyal is paid 48 hours after your session, or sooner if you tell us you were happy with how they helped you. Raise a problem before then and we hold it while we put it right.
Money back if it does not happen
If your interviewer cancels or does not attend, you get everything back, and first pick of a new time.
Plans change
Move each session once, free, up to 24 hours before. Cancel up to 24 hours before for a 100% refund; within 24 hours, there is no refund.
