Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of The Schema at www.theschema.co.uk, operated by Doctor Devify Ltd(“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

1. What this site does at the moment

Right now The Schema does one thing: it takes your details for the waitlist for a free teaching series on the UK Internal Medicine Training interview. There are no accounts to create, nothing to buy, and no other content available to the public. We will publish updated terms before anything else opens, and those terms will cover it.

2. Joining the waitlist

When you join we ask for your name, your email address and your training grade. We use them to send you the teaching series, to tell you when it opens, and to keep you posted on The Schema as the rest of it is built. Anything beyond The Schema is a separate choice, and the optional box on the form is where you make it. That is the whole arrangement: joining costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and you can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing us. What we do with those details is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Please only enter your own details. Adding somebody else’s email address to a mailing list is not yours to do.

3. Educational use only

The Schema is an educational product, and the teaching series is intended to support your preparation for the Internal Medicine Training interview. Nothing we publish replaces clinical judgement, official regulatory guidance, or advice from your training programme or supervisor. Always check anything that matters against the authoritative source: the GMC, NHS England, your Trust, or your Royal College.

4. Our content

This site, its wording, its design and its marks belong to Doctor Devify Ltd or are licensed to us. You are welcome to read it and to use what we send you for your own interview preparation. Please don’t copy, republish, resell or redistribute it without our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

Please don’t try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the site, collect from it automatically, or submit false or automated signups. We may remove any entry from the waitlist, and refuse service, where we think this has happened.

6. Availability

The site is provided as it is. We are building the product in the open, so we can’t promise the site will always be available or that the teaching series will arrive on any particular date. We will not use your details for anything other than what is described in these terms and the Privacy Policy, whatever happens to the timetable.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doctor Devify Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of profits, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law, and nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Changes to these terms

We will update these terms as the product grows, and the date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
