What each area is worth
Each area gets two marks out of 5, one from each interviewer, so up to 10. Some areas count for more, so their marks are multiplied.
Your interview score
The last column added up: up to 96, 60 from station 1 and 36 from station 2.
To be appointable
Your marks added up, with nothing multiplied, must come to 42 or more out of 70. And no mark of 1, and no more than two marks of 2.
